To do this you don’t need any third party application you can do this directly with your web browser by opening WhatsApp site.

Step 1: Open the web browser in your Android phone and type this link In your address bar
https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=XXXXXXXXXX
Add the number of the recipient in place of X whom you want to send WhatsApp message and don’t forget to add country code before the phone number.
For example, if this is an Indian number you need to type 91 before your mobile number!
